O-Ringe		 O-rings For dynamic and static applications. Manufactured in inch and metric standard
sizes according to DIN 3771/ISO 3601and others.
Dimensions starting at 0.3mm.
Materials: NBR, EPDM, CR, FKM, FFKM, PTFE, silicone and FEPM.
Further materials, compounds or special sizes on request.		  

PTFE-, FEP-, PFA ummantelte FPM- und Silikon-O-Ringe		 PTFE- and FEP-encapsulated
O-rings		 O-rings covered with PTFE- or FEP-(cover) for better resistance against aggressive
substances and thermal stress.
Silicone and FPM are our standard elastomeric core materials.
Further materials on request.		  

Cord Cord is being sold by the metre, as bonded ,or as vulcanized round cord.
Standard materials: NBR, FPM, EPDM, silicone.

Rundschnur		 X-rings Compared to O-rings the affinity to twist is being reduced by the x-shape and a
lubricating film, reducing the friction, is formed between the sealing lips.
Materials: NBR, FPM, EPDM and silicone. Dimensions according to AS568A.		  

Flat Gaskets Gaskets made of elastomer and plastics, punshed, turned, or water jet cut are
available. Special designs according to specification or engineering drawings
are offered on your request.
Materials: NBR, EPDM, CR, FKM, FFKM, PTFE, and silicone. Special materials:
PEEK, POM, TFM, fibre materials and graphite.		  

Schraubendichtungen		 Bonded Seals Elastomer bonded with a metal back-up ring.
Self centring versions and various compounds available.		  

V-Ringe		 V-rings
VA, VS, VL, VE		 The mono-material v-rings are used for various applications in the engineering
industry and in the construction of apparatus, for the sealing of rotary shafts.
V-rings are available in various designs and dimensions.

Radial Shaft Seal Rings
(Oil Seals)
A, AS, B, BS, C, CS, AoF, ASD		 Radial shaft seal rings (oil seals) usually protect bearings from fouling and loss
of lubrication. Available in standard designs (A, AS, B, BS, C, CS) according to
DIN 3760/3761 and others. Special designs on request.
Materials: NBR, FKM, silicone and PTFE.		  

Wellenschutzhülsen Verschlußkappen		 Shaft Protection Sleeves
Sealing Caps		 Shaft protection sleeves and sealing caps in all common sizes complete our offer
for rotary sealing applications. Sealing cap material: NBR with steel insert.		  

PTFE-Dichtung mit Feder		 PTFE-seals With Spring PTFE-seals with a prestressed spiral spring or u-spring (a silicone encapsulated
spring is optional). Various PTFE-compounds for different applications are available.
Sealings in contact with aggressive agents or for the use in food industry
are equipped with a rust-resistant spring to improve lip contact pressure.		  

Mouldings (High Grade Plastics) Mouldings manufactured in a chip removing process are made from high grade
plastics (PEEK, PFA, PVDF, PCTFE, TFM, PTFE and UHMW-PE). Customised mouldings
according to customers specifications are available. Further materials on

Customised Mouldings
(High Grade Elastomers)		 Mouldings and profiles are manufactured on customers specifications. We also
offer support for the technical preparation of required mouldings.
Materials: NBR, FPM, EPDM, silicone, neoprene, HNBR and FEPM.

Wipers With or Without
Steel Case/Insert		 Wipers are used to protect hydraulic and pneumatic systems from fouling. Various
compounds are available.
Materials: NBR, FKM, PUR and PTFE.		  

Nutringe		 Lip Seals (internal and external sealing) in various designs Single acting elements with an asymmetrical sealing profile used as rod or piston
seals in hydraulic and pneumatic applications. Additional back up rings are also
available.
Materials: NBR, FKM, EPDM, and PUR.		  

Kolbendichtungen für Hydraulik und Pneumatik		 Piston Seals For Hydraulic and Pneumatic Applications We offer all profiles for use in hydraulic and pneumatic applications (lip rings,
compact seals...).

Guide Rings
(High Grade Plastics)		 Guide Rings made from various materials can be used to improve contact pressure
in hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders.
Materials: TFM, POM, PA and phenolic resin.		  

Stützringe Spiralstützringe		 Back Up Rings and
Spiral Back Up Rings		 Back up rings are made from various materials and are usually combined with
O-rings, piston and rod seals. They are pressure resistant up to 500bar depending
on the material and sealing type combination. Spiral rings made from PTFE are
available for common space requirements, also in combination with O-rings.
Materials: PTFE, TFM, POM, PEEK and further materials on request.		  

PTFE-Flachdichtungsband		 PTFE Sealing Tape
(also available self adhesive)		 PTFE sealing tape is a soft sealing material, that assembles to almost any surface.
PTFE sealing tape is physiologically harmless, has a good chemical resistance and is
suitable at a temperature range from -240°C up to +260°C .
Sizes in Millimetres: 3x1.5/ 5x2/ 7x2.5/ 10x3/ 12x4/ 14x5/ 17x6/ 20x7		  

Kugeln		 Balls Ball seals are manufactured from the form and deburred afterwards. Depending
upon desire and/or operating conditions, balls in different materials and hardnesses
are manufactured.		  

Packungsschnur bzw. -ringe		 Packing Cord and Rings Available by the metre or as form-pressed packing rings, as standard packing cord
from Ramie up to high temperature packing cord from glass fibre or ceramic threads
(25 standard versions). Different impregnations are available. For the use in pumps,
valves, pistons and mixers...		  

Rubber-metal Buffers Rubber buffers are available one-sided, both-sided, with external thread only and
with internal thread as well as other versions. Depending upon requirements different
hardnesses are obtainable.

Material Overview
 
       
NBR Acrylic-Nitrile-Caoutchouc Polymer made of butadiene and acrylonitrile.
Good swelling resistance in allipathic hydrocarbonates, as butane, petrol, mineral oil, light fuel oil and diesel fuel.
FPM /
FKM		 Flour-Caoutchouc High grade material with high temperature-resistance.
Good swelling resistance in mineral oil, fats and aromatic hydrocarbonates.
FPM is ozone resistant and resistant to atmospheric attack.		  
EPDM (APTK) Ethylene-propylene-Caoutchouc Polymere from ethylene, propylene and a small portion of dienes.
Good swelling resistance in hot water, vapour, suds, bases, acids and many others.
Elastomeres made from EPDM show a good ozone resistance, are non-aging and are resistant to atmospheric attacks.		  
MPQ / MPVQ Silicone-caoutchouc Hochpolymere Organosiloxane, die sich durch die hohe thermische Beständigkeit, gute Kälteflexibilität sowie die sehr guten Dielektrischen Eigenschaften auszeichnen.  
CR Chloroprene Rubber Polymere based on Chlorine Butadiene.
It features chemical, ozone, atmospheric resistance and it is almost non-aging.
Good swelling resistance in mineral oil, fats, alcohol and glycol.		  
NR / NK Nature Caoutchouc A high polymeric isoprene
High mechanical resistance, resilience and good properties at low temperatures.
Good durability in acids, low concentrated bases, alcohol and water at low temperatures.		  
FVMQ / MFQ Flour-silicone-rubber A methyl-vinyl-flour-caoutchouc with flour consisting groups.
More resistant to fuel, mineral and synthetic oils than silicone-caoutchouc.		  
AU / EU Polyurethane Elastomere made from polyurethane with high tensile strength, tearproof and abrasion-resistance.
It is resistant against atmospheric attacks and ozone.
Good resistance in mineral oils, fats and alipathic hydrocarbonates.		  
FEPM (TFE/P) Tetraflourethylene / -propylene Copolymer made of Tetraflourethylene and Propylene.
Excellent resistance to acids, steam, hot water, all hydraulic and break fluids and amine based corrosion inhibitor.		  
FFKM Perflour-caoutchouc Very high thermal (up to 330°C) and chemical resistance.
Wherever it is classified as extreme security standard FFKM is in use.
The perflourelastomere unites the chemical properties of PTFE and the mechanical attributes
of Viton.
